Being a sole-proprietor, Chong Fatt Loy started off with Chong Engineering Works well back in late 1987. It has more than 30 years of experience in engineering customization. On 16th September, 2002, Chong Engineering Works (M) Sdn Bhd, a limited company by share, was incorporated to takeover the activities of the sole-proprietorship. The investment in productive assets is near to RM 3 million and addition capacity is expected in 2007.
As our expertise relies on machine automation, our labor force consists of a handful of well-trained personnel. 80% of them have been with the set-up for at least 5 years.
To further strengthen in quality, the company is determined to implement a formal operations management system based on ISO 9001:2015 & OHSAS 18001, for our Polyurethane Main and Guide Rollers, Polyurethane Ingot Beams and Polyurethane Related Parts business. On 26th Jun 2018, the company has completed its ISO 9001:2015 implementation program and obtained the SIRIM certification.
